Warranty Details- Watering Hoses

This warranty applies specifically to Holland Greenhouse, Holland Greenhouse Plus, and ROK Watering Hoses.

Depending on what is indicated on the product packaging, this warranty may cover a period of 1, 3, or 5 years from the date of original retail purchase. Please refer to the packaging for the applicable coverage term.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scuffs, abrasions, kinks, or cosmetic damage).
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to temperatures outside the specified range, freezing, excessive water pressure, or chemical contact.
  • Rental or commercial use of the product outside of recommended guidelines.
Consumer Responsibility

To qualify for warranty service, the consumer must:

  1. Retain Proof of Purchase – A dated sales receipt or invoice is required. Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.
  2. Proper Use & Maintenance – The product must be used only for appropriate residential, commercial, or professional gardening purposes and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
  3. Submit a Claim – Consumers must contact the manufacturer’s customer service department to initiate a claim. The product may need to be returned at the consumer’s expense for inspection and evaluation.
Manufacturer’s Obligation

If a valid claim is approved, the manufacturer will, at its option, either:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the product with an equivalent item, or
  • Issue a refund not to exceed the original purchase price.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the consumer.

Limitations
  • The manufacturer is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage is valid only in the country of original purchase.
