What are your business hours?

Our Head Office and permanent showrooms are open on Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Is there a showroom that I can visit?

Yes. We have one of the largest permanent showrooms in Canada spanning over 25,000 square feet located at our Head Office in Burnaby, British Columbia. To learn more check our Showroom Page.

How do I become an authorized retailer?

Download and fill out our Credit Application form to become an authorized retailer. Please send the completed form to ar@hollandimports.com

Do you sell to end-users?

Holland Imports is strictly a distributor to our authorized retailers. However, if you see something on our website that interests you, we recommend visiting some of Our Partners.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Using the login information you received when you became an authorized retailer, you can go to the login page on our Authorized Retailer area. From there, you simply select the products and quantities you are interested in purchasing. Once you have selected everything you wish to purchase, select view cart and proceed to check out.

What is my minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order quantity of $150.

Does Holland issue backorders?

Backorders will be held at the customers request.

What is my Authorized Retailer login?

Each Authorized Retailer has their own unique login. If you have misplaced yours, please contact our Sales Desk at sales@hollandimports.com

What are the benefits of placing a booking order?

By placing a booking order with Holland, you are eligible for favorable payment terms, shipping terms, discounted pricing, and the certainty of receiving all your selected product on time.

Can I special order product?

Yes. At Holland we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience while working with us, so we will do whatever we can to best suit your needs. Please Email Our Sales Department and tell us what you are looking for.

Shipping

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders over $1,200 will be prepaid to all major points in Canada. All remote areas will be prepaid their best staging area or qualify for a 7% freight allowance. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

Where is your product shipped from?

Our product is shipped from our 110,000 sq. ft Distribution Facility located in Delta, BC. For larger orders, we are also able to arrange shipments directly from our partner suppliers.

Who pays for the shipping of backorders?

The cost of shipping backorders is paid by Holland Imports.

What is the expected turnaround time once I have placed an order?

Our goal is to ship your order within two working days of receiving it.

What is my warranty timeline on purchases?

All Holland products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year. This does not cover misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear or extend to parts deemed consumables. For more information go to our Warranties Page.

How do I file a claim?

How can I receive product images?

Most of our product images are available in our Authorized Retailer area. If you have specific requirements, please contact our Graphics Department at graphics@hollandimports.com
