Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will work with the Sales team to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. This includes conferring with customers by telephone, email or in person in order to provide information about products, confirm stock and availability, quote prices, and confirm sales orders and data entry
Key Account Manager

Responsible for the initiation, development and growth of strategically-important key accounts. The Key Account Manager will promote and sell Holland Imports products to new and existing customers in order to successfully achieve predefined sales goals and objectives.
Assistant Category Manager- Outdoor

Reporting to the Category Manager, the Assistant Category Manager – Outdoor is responsible for supporting the selection and development of products, sourcing suppliers, negotiating price, cataloging, and the packaging of our outdoor program. This new role will involve significant clerical work but is expected to evolve into larger responsibilities.

The systems analyst implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, and designing and testing standards and solutions. This role interacts with both internal staff and external clients to understand the operational systems of the client, and what requirements and changes are needed to improve the existing systems.
